The Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot (RNIP) is an immigration project launched by the Canadian Immigration Bureau to help smaller rural and northern regions attract and retain foreign skilled workers to meet their economic development And labor market demand. NOC 0和A：CLB / NCLC 6 相当于雅思四个6分

NOC B：CLB / NCLC 5 相当于雅思54(阅读)55

NOC C和D：CLB / NCLC 4 相当于雅思听力4.5，阅读3.5，写作和口语4
