Spouse Open Work Permit
Spouse Open Work Permit
The Spouse Open Work Permit (SOWP) is an open work visa provided by the Canadian Immigration and Immigration Service for the spouse of those who have a legal study/work permit. A spouse means that both parties are legal couples, or a common-law relationship. Applicants can choose to apply for a work permit based on their spouse’s status in Canada: student spouse work permit, labor spouse work permit, and the applicant can work for any employer during the validity period of the work permit.
