Spouse/CL/Children Sponsorship

All the immigration and visa services submitted by you entrusted by Weiling Study Abroad and Immigration Company will be reviewed and submitted by Weiling’s Licensed Immigration Consultant (ICCRC).

• The guarantor must be a real spouse, marriage or common-law partnership with the guaranteed person (same sex);

• The guarantor and the guaranteed person must be at least 18 years old;

• The guarantor must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident;

• If the guarantor is a permanent resident of Canada, he must be in Canada at the time of the guaranty, and there are no restrictions for Canadian citizens;

• The guarantor must prove that he has not received social assistance (except for the disabled), and promise to provide the guarantor with 3 years of financial support. ​

• If the guarantor immigrated to Canada through the spouse sponsorship, the guarantor must sponsor another partner or spouse 3 years after the applicant becomes a permanent resident, and the applicant will sponsor another partner or spouse after 5 years.​

• The guarantor must be at least 18 years old;

• When sponsoring a child, the child is under 22 years old and unmarried;

• The guarantor must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident;

• If the guarantor is a permanent resident of Canada, he must be in Canada at the time of the guaranty, and there are no restrictions for Canadian citizens;

• The guarantor must prove that he has not received social assistance (except for the disabled) and promise to provide the guarantor with financial support for 10 years or up to 25 years of age.​​

• Copy of Maple Leaf Card (Double-sided)

• Copy of Canadian passport (if any)

• ​ Marriage certificate copy notarization

• Proof of property and funds

• Proof of Canadian Residence

• Work certificate (employer letter)

The guaranteed person needs to provide documents

• Valid passport

• Proof of employment

• Proof of personal background

Proof of relationship between the parties

• Joint account information

• T1

• insurance

• Lease agreement, house purchase contract, land tax bill, etc.

• Child's birth certificate
