Spouse/CL/Children Sponsorship
Canadian spouse (Spouse)|Spouse sponsored immigration (Common-Law Partner)| Children (Children), is a relatively common type of immigration in Canadian family sponsored immigration; this project is mainly used for Canadian citizens and permanent residents to guarantee their spouses, common-law partners and Children who immigrate to Canada can live with the guarantor. The project does not require education, work experience, and proof of funds for the guarantor.

Requirements for spouse sponsorship application
The guarantor must be a real spouse, marriage or common-law partnership with the guaranteed person (same sex);
The guarantor and the guaranteed person must be at least 18 years old;
The guarantor must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident;
If the guarantor is a permanent resident of Canada, he must be in Canada at the time of the guaranty, and there are no restrictions for Canadian citizens;
The guarantor must prove that he has not received social assistance (except for the disabled), and promise to provide the guarantor with 3 years of financial support.
If the guarantor immigrated to Canada through the spouse sponsorship, the guarantor must sponsor another partner or spouse 3 years after the applicant becomes a permanent resident, and the applicant will sponsor another partner or spouse after 5 years.
Child sponsor application requirements
The guarantor must be at least 18 years old;
When sponsoring a child, the child is under 22 years old and unmarried;
The guarantor must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident;
If the guarantor is a permanent resident of Canada, he must be in Canada at the time of the guaranty, and there are no restrictions for Canadian citizens;
The guarantor must prove that he has not received social assistance (except for the disabled) and promise to provide the guarantor with financial support for 10 years or up to 25 years of age.
