Express Entry

All the immigration and visa services submitted by you entrusted by Weiling Study Abroad and Immigration Company will be reviewed and submitted by Weiling’s Licensed Immigration Consultant (ICCRC).

• The applicant has been a permanent resident for 5 years or more, you must have actually lived in Canada for at least 730 days (2 years) in the past 5 years

• Applicants who have been a permanent resident for less than 5 years must prove that within 5 years after becoming a permanent resident, you will be able to meet the requirement of physically living in Canada for at least 730 days (2 years)

• Applicant is currently in Canada

• The application must be submitted in Canada

• The applicant has not been required to leave the country by the Canadian government

• The applicant is not a Canadian citizen (Canadian citizens need to return the Maple Leaf Card when taking the oath)

• The Pr card has expired or will expire within 9 months (270 days)

• Application form

• Applicant's electronic photo

• The applicant scans the entire passport (passport within five years)

• Applicant's ID card (passport or driving license)

• Tax returns for the past five years

• Minors under the age of 18 need to provide birth certificates and school certificates (birth certificates in non-English languages need to be translated and notarized)

• If the applicant has lived outside of Canada for more than 1095 days (3 years) in the past 5 years, the applicant needs to provide proof of meeting the residency obligation

• If the applicant changes his name or gender, he needs to submit the corresponding form
