Basic requirements for application

SPP program (Student Partners Program): The average score of grade 12 is above 60%, and the student has an IELTS score of 5.5. You can apply for the designated college.
SDS program (Study Direct Stream): Grade 12 average score above 60%, students IELTS 6.0, can apply to any college or university.
other methods:

No high school graduation: Pass the Mature Student channel and take the entrance exam for public colleges.
No IELTS score: You can enter the college's dual admission program (limited language, major).

Application and start time

If you want to enroll in September of the following year, the application time is roughly from September to December of the previous year.
School start time: September or January each year, not all schools or majors will have it in January.
