U.S. B1/B2 Visa

There are two types of visas to visit the United States. The first is a B1 visa, which is used for business; the second is a B2 visa, which is mainly limited to leisure and entertainment (tourism or family visits) or medical treatment. Under normal circumstances, B1 and B2 visas are usually combined into one and are issued to applicants as a type of visa. The general visa is valid for 10 years. There are 8 US consulates established in Canada for national visa interviews.

Applicant's travel plan in the United States (short-term visit)
The applicant proves that the funds are used to cover all expenses during the stay in the U.S.
The applicant has a residence/social connection outside the U.S. and returns as scheduled

Basic material list

Non-immigrant visa electronic application form
Applicant's passport / Chinese ID card / no criminal record / medical report / birth certificate name / electronic photo, etc.
Applicant's biometric fingerprint identification
Applicants need to be interviewed
Applicant’s enrollment certificate/transcript/student ID (if the applicant is a student)
Proof of funds: sufficient to cover the cost of the applicant's residence in Canada
Proof of relationship: Parents must submit a notarized translation of the proof of funds, the relationship between the applicant and the parents
Both parents’ bank statement/tax certificate/income certificate (if the applicant’s funds are provided by the parents)
Applicant’s employer letter (including employer information)
Retirement certificate of the applicant’s pension (such as retirement)
